On March 8, 2024, while the mother went out with her friends to celebrate International Women’s Day, the girl was kidnapped by an unknown person who raped her and abandoned her in the forest.
She was transferred to Maendeleo Fistula Care facility for treatment.
We made the diagnosis of a 4th-degree tear of the perineum with stool incontinence.
We repaired it for free of charge with financial support from FISTULA FOUNDATION.
She was released from the hospital and cured.
