Maendeleo Hospital Centre is an non-profit association (ASBL) created and notarized on the 6th of April 2019 under article 37 of the current constitution, relating to freedom of association and Law No. 004/2001 laying down general provisions applicable to associations non-profit and public utility establishment in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Maendeleo ASBL has had authorisation to operate signed by His Excellency the Governor of the province of Haut Uele/DRC confert letter; No 02/CPM/079/CAB/PROGOU/PH-U/ 2019 OF 7/31/2019.
